for prostitute, use prostitute. For someone with questionable morals (a questionable judgment), consider inclusive terms: promiscuous/sexually active/indiscriminating person/individual. Women are often judged by criteria not applied to men; tramp is used for men only in the original meaning of a vagrant or hobo. See also prostitute.
