loose woman
if you mean prostitute, use it. If you mean a woman of questionable morals (which is a questionable judgment), use inclusive words: promiscuous, sexually active, indiscriminating. The language has no such expression as "loose man," yet a "loose woman" must, by definition, have a partner; avoid judging one sex by criteria not applied to the other.
