bon vivant

the French is grammatically masculine and this term has become associated primarily with men over the years, but women are using it too: Catherine Deneuve—female and French—says, "I'm a bon vivant, a reveler." When you need something more neutral-looking, try connoisseur, hedonist, epicure, aesthete, sensualist, high-liver, sophisticate, enthusiast, someone with a great deal of joie de vivre.
