antiracist
people who oppose and work actively to identify and eliminate racism by changing systems, policies, attitudes, practices, and organizational structures are called antiracists. Their goal is to dismantle a system marked by multiple forms of racism and white supremacy by taking deliberate action. The key difference between nonracists and antiracists is action. Nonracists do not actively do harm, but by their inaction they support the status quo. Antiracists work for change. It's the difference between saying, "I would never do something like that" and going where it matters to say, "Stop that! You will not do that anymore." See also nonracist.
