looksism

the subtle and not-so-subtle disparagement of and discrimination against people who are not physically attractive according to unstated but entrenched cultural definitions is called looksism. Although it is sometimes referred to as "appearance discrimination," the term "looksism" has much to recommend it: brevity; parallels with sexism, racism, ageism, etc.; and a fairly well-established foothold in the language.
