frigid (referring to a woman's sexual response)

unaroused, unresponsive, uninterested, anorgasmic, nonorgasmic, preorgasmic. "Frigid" is unscientific and sexist. Beware orgasm-as-norm thinking (contrary to cultural myth, it is possible to live a full life without being frequently orgasmic or, indeed, orgasmic at all). "Frigidity" is most often traceable to an insensitive lover.
