Editor and journalist Marianne Messina has contributed hundreds of freelance articles to print and web news outlets and magazines. She's an NEA arts journalism fellow and spent many years covering performing arts for Metro Silicon Valley, in CA. For the past two years she has come back to her first love, wildlife conservation, and has focussed her studies and writing on the future of the heritage natural world.
