Bio:
Gathu is a Kenya-based print and online journalist with more than 15 years’ experience. She is a human rights defender, passionate about peace and conflict resolution, social justice, and related issues. As an active member of the Association of Media Women of Kenya, Gathu holds a diploma in mass communication from Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, and is pursuing a BA in peace and conflict transformation at a Nairobi University.
