Ai-jen Poo is the President of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and the Executive Director of Caring Across Generations. A veteran organizer, advocate, and cultural strategist, she has spent more than 25 years building a movement to change the way our country values and supports caregiving and care work. Poo is a nationally-recognized expert on the care economy and the author of the celebrated book The Age of Dignity: Preparing for the Elder Boom in a Changing America.
