Twitter recently flagged a Trump campaign tweet as misinformation. The tweet featured a video of Joe Biden speaking at a rally. In the video, Biden says "we an only re-elect Donald Trump" before the video cuts off. In reality, the video cuts Biden off midsentence and reads in full: "We can only re-elect Donald Trump if, in fact, we get engaged in this circular firing squad here." Pornhub, one of the largest websites for porn, is currently under fire as a petition circulating accuses the website of profiting off videos of rape and sexual abuse. Rothman is a Professor of Community Health Sciences at the Boston University School of Public Health. She is also a visiting scientist at the Harvard Injury Control Research Center (HICRC). The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case involving a 15-year old boy who stabbed his grandfather to death. The case will determine whether judges have to prove juvenile offenders are incorrigible before giving them a life sentence. To discuss, we FEATURE Tara Huffman. Huffman is the Director of the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Program at Open Society Institute-Baltimore. Before that, she served for five years as the Deputy Director for Policy and Programs at the Coalition for Juvenile Justice in Washington, D.C.
