We FEATURE Dr. Jenna Carpenter, Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Director of the Office for Women in Science and Engineering in the College of Engineering and Science at Louisiana Tech University. Her research focuses on integrated science, engineering and mathematics (STEM) curricula at the undergraduate level and the success of women students and faculty in STEM fields. She is President-Elect of the Women in Engineering ProActive Network, which is a national professional organization which works to transform the culture in engineering education to support the success of women.
