Ralph Yarl, a Black teenager in Kansas City, was shot in the head and arm on Thursday evening when he went to pick up his younger siblings and rang the doorbell to the wrong house. The 85-year old white homeowner, Andrew Lester, who shot him was charged with a Class A Felony after a public outcry. To discuss, we FEATURE Debbie Hines.
