An open conversation with Julie Burton

Julie Burton, President and CEO of the Women’s Media Center, will be holding an open conversation about her work in the media center promoting women’s voices across all forms of media at the University of Utah's College of Social and Behavioral Science . The Women’s Media Center was founded by Jane Fonda, Gloria Steinem and Robin Morgan to provide women training opportunities to promote their representation in media outlets. The Center is passionate about having a diverse set of women’s perspectives front and center on key topics of public discourse and provides a number of training opportunities for women. Julie is being honored as one of our Distinguished Alumna in the college this year. Please come join this unique opportunity to learn how women’s voices can be better represented.
