Pilar Whitaker is counsel in the Economic Justice Project at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in Washington, D.C. Her work focuses on using legal advocacy, policy development, and litigation to promote health equity and economic opportunity for communities of color throughout the country.
