Shanna (pronounced SHAH-nuh) Hocking is Principal of Hocking Leadership, which helps companies and nonprofit organizations build stronger workplace cultures, develop leaders to reach their potential, and support women to thrive at work. She is the author of One Bold Move a Day, which will be published in November 2022 (McGraw Hill) and host of a popular business podcast by the same name.She spent 20 years in multibillion dollar organizations, including the Wharton School, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Alabama, and Duke University, where she led large teams (40+) and personally raised $155M+.
