Saundra Pelletier

WomanCare Global is under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Saundra Pelletier. Ms. Pelletier has over 20 years of experience as an international marketing expert in addition to being a published author, keynote speaker and executive coach.

As CEO, Ms. Pelletier developed the initial business plan transforming the company’s bottom line from a loss to profitability in three years. In addition, Ms. Pelletier executed contracts for seven global product acquisitions in 15 months and secured start-up funding from major foundations and investors.
In her capacity as a corporate vice president and global franchise leader at Fortune 500 companies, she managed a $250 million dollar business unit, reorganized companies from the ground up and raised capital investments. She has launched pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical brands worldwide and expanded indications on female healthcare brands in multiple countries.

Ms. Pelletier served as Vice President of Pharmaceuticals for Women First HealthCare, where she was accountable for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. Ms. Pelletier tripled sales and quadrupled market share for Women First HealthCare’s flagship product and product acquisitions. She also raised $40 million in capital, managed global partnerships and negotiated cost saving licensing agreements.

Prior to Women First HealthCare, Ms. Pelletier served as International Franchise Leader for Searle Pharmaceutical, where she assessed country infrastructure, developed commercialization plans and hired full scale teams to support company initiatives. She also managed worldwide partnerships, including contract sales forces in the United States, Canada and Japan.

Ms. Pelletier authored Saddle Up Your Own White Horse and launched a national book and media tour in 2008. Ms. Pelletier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Husson College and an Associate's degree in Communications from the New England School of Broadcasting.
