Noemi Weis is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and global speaker with more than 40 years of experience in media, advertising, and storytelling. She founded Filmblanc in 1998 with a clear vision and mission of bringing the world together before globalization was a common term and long before emails were the way of communication, after owning her own successful Advertising Agency, Weis Advertising , for 25 years.

Filmblanc is an internationally recognized film production company based in Toronto, Canada; dedicated to advancing human rights through film and speaking engagements. Noemi’s documentaries focus on women’s and children’s rights, women's empowerment, maternal and newborn, mental health, domestic violence, LGBTQ and more—earning her recognition as a trusted voice globally.

Her work has reached audiences in over 100 countries and has been presented at the United Nations, The Vatican, global health summits, corporate and government events, and educational institutions around the world. Her film Milk received a passionate endorsement from Mme. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, and she was invited to meet Pope Francis at the Vatican in recognition of her humanitarian and impactful work in communities globally.

As a media expert, Noemi has been featured on multiple media outlets in Canada, the USA and globally, and is frequently called on to speak about advocacy, branding for impact, women's empowerment, leadership and storytelling for social change.

She has spoken at the Vatican, the United Nations, government trade missions, policy forums, corporate summits, schools, universities, and global film festivals.

She is fluent in 4 languages—English, French, Spanish and Italian and draws on her multicultural background (born in Argentina, educated in Argentina and Canada) to connect authentically with diverse audiences leaving them inspired and with a strong call to action.

Noemi is a proud member of UNESCO, has served on Team Canada Trade Missions representing Canada abroad, and is a Business Ambassador for Ontario. She was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians, and has been a multiple-time finalist for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year and Woman Entrepreneur of the World.
