She has worked in leadership positions for Tier One Global Financial Institutions in Corporate and Investment Banking (JP Morgan, HSBC), in Legal Services, Retail, Management Consulting and enterprise primarily. She comes with vast geographical experience having held a global role and several regional roles covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. She is entrepreneurial and a keen communicator.
Mucha positively impacts societies and economies through initiatives and causes she has either spearheaded or those aligned with her values. She is recognized for her work developing female business leaders, entrepreneurs and young multi-sectoral professionals. Mucha mentors and directs a pool of global professionals at various stages of their careers. She often delivers online content which includes key notes and panel discussions addressing professional development concerns, sustainable development and trade in Africa. She holds and 2.1 BSc. (Hons.), Economic and Social Policy from The University of London and a Post Graduate in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster.
