Bio

A systems-level thinker who believes passionately in the role of values to drive positive change, Lisa has spent over twenty years creating and operationalizing innovative strategies that help companies grow and transform. She holds a BA in Political Science and French from Bates College and an MBA in International Business from INSEAD.

Since 2008, Lisa has held senior management roles at Walmart's Store No. 8 (acting Head of Brand), Chobani (VP of Brand Marketing & Growth), moo.com (Head of Marketing), adidas (Director of Product Marketing Operations), and The Boston Consulting Group (Global Manager, Consumer Goods). She began her career in the world of high fashion, collaborating with celebrity creators around the world to bring acclaimed luxury, fashion, and editorial brands to life.

In 2017, Lisa founded LVG & Co., an independent strategy consultancy dedicated to making businesses better. Often engaged at critical business inflections, LVG excels at imagining and launching new brands, products, ideas and initiatives for globally-minded organizations of diverse stages, sizes, and structures that challenge the status quo today and deliver results for tomorrow. Expertise includes: Brand Positioning, Strategic Planning, Innovation, and Go-to-Market.

Lisa is also an active public speaker, writer, and mentor.
