As a partner at Table Rock, Megan Matson most recently helped bring the water and wastewater public-private partnership in Rialto, California to financial close, including the $172 MM capital raise, investor due diligence, local agency negotiations, city and labor relations, independent engineer and environmental reports production, closing prep for the City and media. Megan is now a lead on both the ongoing asset management front for the Rialto concession, and active analysis, outreach and engagement with next cities and new projects.

Previous to Table Rock, Megan helped the Marin Energy Authority CCA launch against heavy political opposition; defeated IOU challenges to the model in both the regulatory and ballot initiative arenas; then cofounded LEAN Energy, a non-profit dedicated to the national advancement of CCA (community choice energy aggregations).

Megan previously formed and led a 50,000 member 50-state national political action committee. There she led national, state and local grassroots organizing a range of initiatives, including GOTV, voter registration innovations, community campaigns, and policy at all levels of government.

Megan received her B.A. from Yale University.
