Bio
Kenyora Lenair Johnson (she/her) is the Chief Executive Officer of End Rape On Campus (EROC) and a co-host of the Centering the Survivor Series podcast. With over 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and college students, Kenyora is a recognized leader in the movement to end campus sexual violence. Her work spans nonprofit leadership, higher education, and civic engagement, including collaborations with leaders like the late Mayor Thomas M. Menino of Boston and Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley. Kenyora earned her undergraduate degree from Simmons University and her Master of Social Work from Boston University's School of Social Work. She has held roles at Brandeis University, Simmons University, and Strong Women, Strong Girls, and serves on advisory boards including NASPA’s Culture of Respect. She previously served on the advisory board of The Every Voice Coalition and has been recognized for her leadership as a 2023 Roddenberry Foundation Fellow and a 2021 "Leader on Fire" by IGNITE National during Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Her expertise has been featured by ABC News, Newsy, Ms. Magazine, Forbes, and at conferences like SXSWedu and the National Women’s Studies Association. A proud Delta Sigma Theta Sorority member, she also holds a Certificate in Community Leadership and Social Change from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. Kenyora resides in Atlanta, GA, and is passionate about empowering individuals to lead with resilience and authenticity.
