Jennifer Gregoire is a global communications leader, with extensive experience in international development, healthcare, and corporate social responsibility. She has led work on expanding access to healthcare, gender equality, sustainable development, economic empowerment, education, humanitarian issues, and disaster relief. With significant leadership experience driving results during times of transition, change, and growth and she is often brought in to lead when something 'new' has the potential to impact business results - whether it's new leadership, new growth, a new structure, a new strategy, or even a new company.

Jennifer creates value through her expansive experience in internal and external communications, brand positioning, social impact, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships. She is known for her ability to create consensus around key company initiatives, build exceptional teams, positively support culture through effective internal communications, and foster positive company reputation. She has a passion for helping businesses align their mission and values with their business strategy and goals.

Jennifer has held leadership roles at diverse global entities such as KCK Advisors, Medtronic, Orbis International, Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI); Lindblad Expeditions & National Geographic; Starwood Hotels & Resorts; and the International Peace Institute at the United Nations.
