Jennifer De Vries, MA, CPT, has over 25 years of experience in managing eLearning programs for companies such as IBM, Motorola, Joint Commission Resources, and Skillsoft. She is an expert in Instructional Technologies, Instructional Design and Human Performance Technology. (Human Performance Technology involves improving worker and organizational results by using a systematic process.) In 1996, her team developed the first virtual reality training program for manufacturing workers at Motorola; a cover story for Training Magazine. And in 2002, her team developed the first speech-enabled encyclopedia for World Book that was featured on the Today show. In the eLearning industry, she is best known for her groundbreaking report about Rapid E-Learning, a methodology that improved the speed to market for eLearning course development. In 2010, Jennifer was named one of the top 20 most influential people in online learning by http://www.onlineuniversityrankings.org. Jennifer has a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Hope College in Holland, MI. She has an MA in Instructional and Training Technology from Governors State University in IL. And she has been designated as a Certified Performance Technologist by the International Society for Performance Improvement.
