Jenifer Daniels integrates cultural wisdom with modern organizational design to build more equitable and resilient structures. As an organizational design strategist, she has stewarded transformative initiatives including a $1.25M trust-based mutual aid fund, succession planning for a $30M organization experiencing 100% year-over-year growth, and socially responsible real estate development. Her systems-focused approach shapes both emerging organizations and established institutions.

A serial entrepreneur, she founded Colorstock, the first culturally intelligent stock photography marketplace, achieving 42% month-over-month growth. An award-winning storyteller turned tech entrepreneur, she has shared insights on branding, strategy, and innovation at TEDxCharlotte, CUNY, IABC World Conference, and Netroots Nation. Through her work with Allied Media Projects, Black Innovation Alliance, and TechTown Detroit, she continues to design frameworks that bridge cultural competency with organizational innovation. At (m)otherboard, she helps imagine and build technological futures rooted in collective good, drawing from rich histories while advancing audacious visions for tomorrow.

Her insights on organizational resilience and cultural intelligence have been featured in The New York Times, BBC News, Essence, SiriusXM Progress, Detroit Free Press, and HuffPostLive. A certified design thinker, accredited public relations professional, and former university lecturer, Jenifer holds a master's degree from Wayne State University. She is a New Leaders Council Fellow and former board chair of Sustain Charlotte. Through Detroit Human Capital, she practices sankofa philanthropy, having invested in 20 Detroit-based ventures, supporting Black and Brown entrepreneurs and placemakers in Detroit, the traditional territory of the Anishinabe (ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯ) peoples.
