Hearing access expert Janice S. Lintz is the CEO of Hearing Access & Innovation Janice honed her skills as a tireless global advocate, transforming hearing access at 100+ businesses, cultural institutions, entertainment venues, and government agencies. She is known for disrupting the hearing aid market, bringing accurate captions to television, and helping to write the National Park Service Access Guidelines, to name but a few of her successes. She will graduate from Harvard’s Kennedy School in 2023.

An accomplished traveler who traveled to 195 countries, territories, and unrecognized nations, she incorporates global best practices to help organizations retain employees, improve customer service, and grow profits by reaching an often underserved market.
