Foram Sheth is the Chief Coaching Officer & Co-founder of Ama La Vida, an innovative career, leadership, life and health coaching company. Foram became a coach after her experience of burning out in her consulting career inspired her to help others create careers that are fulfilling, meaningful, and fit to their personal needs and goals. She built Ama La Vida to help others stop settling and start living a life they love by making coaching more affordable and results-oriented. Foram has been featured in publications like CNN, CNBC and The Chicago Tribune, where she shares her expertise on forging your own path, leadership development and creating fulfilling careers.

Foram served as adjunct faculty at Northwestern University and has a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change with her coaching certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University.
