Emma Davidson Tribbs is the Co-Founder and Director of the National Women’s Defense League, where she collaborates with political and legislative staff, lobbyists, policymakers, and survivors to combat sexual harassment and protect survivors. Emma is committed to ensuring everyone has the right to a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. Through her work, she shines a spotlight on the issue of sexual harassment and advocates for solutions through research, public education, policy development, and the implementation of best practices to prevent harassment and support survivors.
Emma is also the founder and Managing Director of Harrison Clark, a firm focused on developing innovative strategies to advance advocacy and state-level policy solutions that can achieve national impact. Prior to this, Emma served as Director of Political and Legislative Strategy at Cypress Creek Renewables, Regional Director of State Affairs at Everytown at Gun Safety, and Associate Director of Strategic Mobilization at New Morning.
Emma has received spokesperson training from the Women's Media Center, completed management training at the Center for Creative Leadership, and is a graduate of the New York Junior League’s Nonprofit Boards Clearinghouse. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master’s in International Development from the University of Bristol.
