Eleanor, a multifaceted entrepreneur and advocate, boasts an impressive array of accomplishments across varied domains. She is the founder of the marketing consultancy Competitive Insight and co-founder of The Vintage Compact Shop, a leading luxury vintage brand. Her previous roles as a content marketer have seen her interviewing leading cybersecurity specialists to the US Government, TEDx speakers, and pioneering women leaders across various STEM fields.

The challenges Eleanor faced in her youth shaped her resilience and determination. Growing up under the cloud of domestic violence, she bravely escaped her abuser at eighteen and grappled with hidden homelessness. Despite these trials, Eleanor's talent in photography was undeniable, earning her fifty awards prior to her escape, including a notable accolade from National Geographic. At seventeen, her prowess was further recognized when she clinched the title of Young Environmental Photographer Of The Year with CIWEM. In 2019, her artwork was showcased alongside notable blue chip art pieces on the ABC show, “Billions”.

The Vintage Compact Shop, a venture she co-founded with her mother as a teenager, allowed them to raise enough money to afford a new start. This luxury vintage brand has previously garnered attention from media giants such as the Financial Times and they even had their powder compacts featured on the hit BBC show, "Killing Eve".

A diagnosis of Autism at twenty-one proved to be a pivotal moment in Eleanor's life, offering her profound insights into her own identity, subsequently bolstering her mental well-being. By the age of twenty-four, she had gone on to achieve a Master's degree as awarded by The IDM.

Eleanor’s consultancy agency, Competitive Insight, collaborates with leading finance and tech startups. Their partnerships extend to esteemed vetted talent platforms such as the Growth Collective in the US and Passionfruit Specialists in the UK.

Beyond her professional life, Eleanor is a vocal advocate, having addressed audiences at summits like The Relationship You Desire - Break Free From Abuse, aimed at empowering survivors of interpersonal violence. She is also a vocal proponent for neurodiverse individuals, collaborating with including the likes of publications such asWell+Good, among others.
