Victoria Sturtevant is an Associate Professor of Film and Media Studies at the University of Oklahoma. She studies race, class, and gender in American popular media, especially comedy. Her books include Hysterical: Women in American Comedy (co-edited with Linda Mizejewski), and It's All in the Delivery: Pregnancy in American Film and Television Comedy.
