Bio

Dr. Ducrow started her career delivering sexual harassment prevention training in the 1990’s, when the need was less obvious than now. She worked as an assistant professor with Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Sciences Center before leaving to pursue consulting and speaking full-time. She researched sexual violence against women 60 and over for her dissertation. Her work over the past 20 years includes bringing proven business policies, procedures, and practices to organizations. She has a B.S. in Business Management from LSU, an M.S.W. from LSU, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work with a minor in Women’s Studies from Florida State University. In September, 2018, she released the short, succinct book “Sexual Harassment Explained: How To Save Money And Increase Profits.” She appeared on local television news, local radio, and the national Fox Morning Show (now cancelled).
