Dr. Nelya Lobkova is a highly rated ABPM (American Board of Podiatric Medicine) Certified Surgical Podiatrist and founder of Step Up Footcare located in Tribeca, New York City. Dr. Lobkova received her doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed residency training as Podiatry Chief Resident at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. There she received specialized training in all facets of Podiatric Medicine and Foot Surgery with a focus on diabetic limb salvage and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
