Dr. Kathryn Richdale is a clinician and researcher in optometry. She received her BS from the University of Notre Dame and her OD, PhD, and Cornea and Contact Lens Advanced Practice Fellowship from The Ohio State University. She conducts research, teaches, and practices primarily in the areas of presbyopia and accommodation, myopia control/management, cornea/anterior segment disease and contact lenses. Her work has been supported by industry, private and federal grants. She has over a decade of experience as a consultant, writer and speaker. She has been invited to provide content by newspaper (New York Times, Houston Chronicle), television (ABC, CBS, KHOU, Telemundo), magazine (Shape), and radio (BYU) outlets.
