DR. JANA CRAFT is the Department Chair and an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Winona State University in Winona, MN. She earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development with a focus on ethics from the University of Minnesota in 2013. and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business. Her research areas include human resource development, ethics, organizational culture, non-profit organizations and training. Dr. Craft is the Co-owner and Principal Strategist of Authentic Safety, a consulting firm specializing in safety training, consultation and inspection services for all types of organizations with a focus on assisting human resource and other non-safety professionals in creating a strong safety culture.
