Dr. Elizabeth Rochin is the President of the National Perinatal Information Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rochin has worked in the women's and children's health space for 30 years, and has served on numerous national committees and panels that require nursing and healthcare expertise through both clinical and administrative lenses, including The Joint Commission (TJC), Alliance for the Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses) . She has spoken nationally on maternal morbidity and mortality on media tours including CNN, NBC, Fox and XM Radio (Dr. Radio and the Karen Hunt Show).
Dr. Rochin holds a PhD in Nursing Administration from East Carolina University with a focus on population health and patient engagement in rural settings. In addition, she holds a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from East Carolina University, and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia.
