Bio: Dr. Chizoma Nosiri speaks, lectures and researches on positive communication, public speaking and effective communication skills, confidence, social anxiety, self-esteem, culture and international relations, corporate and organizational change, e-commerce, gender, intra and inter-personal communication, and conflict mediation and resolution. Dr. Nosiri has been featured on several radio shows and has been the keynote speaker for several seminars, confidence workshops, and events.
Graduate Degrees: Dr. Nosiri has a Ph.D. in Communication, Culture and Media Studies and graduating summa cum laude. She received a Master's degree in Organizational Communications and graduating summa cum laude. Bachelor in Film and Media Studies.
Awards: Top 100 MBE® Minority Business Enterprise, Awarded Highest Distinction for her dissertation which focused on international women, cross-cultural and intercultural communication, confidence, conflict and consumership. Awarded Highest Distinction for her thesis which focused on Western women, confidence, conflict and consumership.
Professorship: Dr. Nosiri is an Associate Professor at University of Maryland Global Campus, with a specialty in communication studies, cultural studies, social media and new media studies, film and movies courses.

This book discusses the cross-cultural study, which determines if Western corporations’ computer-mediated-communication complaint of a select group of global female consumer, who were born, raised, and live in China, Nigeria, and India, is affected by their self-confidence, cultural norms, or language barriers.
