Bio

Deborah Jiang-Stein is a national speaker, activist, and Founder/CEO of unPrison Project a nonprofit dedicated to reducing the mass incarceration of women by working to empower and inspire women and girls with mentoring, hope, and life skills for success after prison. She also works to foster public will toward policy shifts by advocating for resources that champion support for people in need of food, housing, and job security. Deborah is author of the memoir, PRISON BABY, and serves on the Board of Minnesota Opera.
