Constance "Connie" Hubbell is the founder and CEO of The Hubbell Group, Inc., a highly respected strategic communications firm and trusted partner to some of the world's most respected brands. Hubbell is considered a crisis management expert known for handling high-profile, high-stakes situations such as COVID-19 response, environmental contamination, safety violations, cybersecurity breaches, insider trading, union strikes and sexual harassment. She is the “go-to” resource for some of the world’s most respected law firms seeking to protect and correctly position their clients. In addition to her crisis management work, she is also a trusted advisor on transaction communications, having handled the communications for hundreds of successful mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, corporate restructurings and bankruptcies. Prior to founding The Hubbell Group in 1995, Hubbell was the chief global spokesperson at Fidelity Investments (where she did a variety of live broadcast interviews for media outlets worldwide). Before that, she was the chief spokesperson at Bank of Boston, now part of Bank of America.
