Blanche A. Williams is a former National Sirius/XM Radio Talk Show Host who earned her reputation as a gifted communicator having conducted live one-on-one conversations with extraordinary personalities including Dr. Maya Angelou, Susan Sarandon, Cicely Tyson, Faye Wattleton, Laila Ali, Kerry Washington, Charles OsGood, and Quincy Jones, along with debating current issues and topics from a woman’s perspective.

Williams is active in women’s empowerment, alliance building, and media literacy. She is founder and moderator of the National Black Women’s Town Hall, Inc, established in 2008, with its inaugural meeting in association with Dr. Dorothy Height of the National Council of Negro Women, followed by Howard University and Bennett College for Women. Williams is founder of the Sisterhood of Greatness and creator of the 21st Century Sisterhood of Greatness Manifesto.

Williams is author of acclaimed book, How To Design Your Mind For Greatness, along with being a contributor in bestselling Chicken Soup for the African-American Woman’s Soul and featured in several books including, The Color Complex (Revised): The Politics of Skin Color in a New Millennium and Self Seduction: Your Ultimate Path To Inner and Outer Beauty, along with national magazines, Essence and Heart and Soul.

A well-sought after speaker, Williams shares her message of accountability and designing your life with greatness to audiences around the world. Her company, Greatness By Design, LLC, is known for its specialized training and development, team building, executive/corporate coaching, marketing and media consulting.

Other career highlights have included Williams’ event management for the Clinton Administration, Small Business Incubator Director for the Center for Technology, Enterprise Development, Inc., Speaker at United Nations Conference on Human Settlements in Istanbul, appointed to the Metro-Dade Community Relations Board, and consultant to Five Star Resorts in the Caribbean.

Williams shares her expertise as an Adjunct Professor in the Center for Leadership and Professional Studies at Palm Beach State College. Her credentials include a Master of Science in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University-Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from University of Maryland University College.
