Beverly Propst is a results-oriented Board Member, Senior Executive and Attorney with more than two decades of experience in labor, employment, and human resources matters. She currently works for one of the largest employee-owned companies in the US as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Beverly's has experience guiding organizations in achieving their vision and strategy for profitable growth through people. Her collaborative, forward-thinking and trusted style make her a valued partner to fellow board members and colleagues. Her expertise in compliance matters and human capital strategy provides resources to organizations in meeting challenging goals, while leveraging unique organizational cultures.

She received a bachelors degree in Sociology from Albion College (Michigan) and her J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law. She also has extensive executive education in the area of executive leadership and board service from Northwestern University and Harvard.

Beverly currently serves on two company and three charitable Boards of Directors in St. Louis. She has been on the Graybar Electric Inc., Board since 2009 and the MTM, Inc. Board since 2018. Her charitable endeavors include: Humane Society of Missouri, The Magic House (a nationally renowned children's museum) and Midwest Health Initiative (collaborate of health systems, insurers, and employers). Beverly is licensed to practice law in IL and MO.

She was honored in 2015 with a Most Influential Business Women Award in St. Louis, Missouri.
