Audrey Roofeh is the founder and CEO of Mariana Strategies, a consulting firm that partners with organizations to create safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces.

Audrey specializes in supporting clients with high-stakes, fast-paced environments like national security and foreign policy, bringing deep expertise in navigating the unique pressures of the modern workplace where ensuring a high-functioning team is a no-fail mission. Through tailored guidance and ongoing support, Mariana Strategies helps teams to build trust, address challenges, and achieve their missions.

Audrey has worked with think tanks, government agencies, and NGOs in the US and overseas.

Audrey previously led the Advisory Services team at Polaris, an international nonprofit aimed at eradicating human trafficking, where she provided trainings and consulting services to FBI, DHS, State Department, and private sector institutions to prevent and address human trafficking. In this role Audrey was a liaison to the American Bar Association Task Force on Human Trafficking and a member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on Pro Bono and Legal Services. Audrey began her career at Schlam, Stone & Dolan LLP, a boutique litigation firm in New York City.

Audrey received her JD from Cardozo School of Law in New York and her BA from Barnard College. Audrey is a past Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she taught courses on Law of Human Trafficking, covering the intersections of human trafficking and immigration, international law, domestic violence, market-based responses and supply chains.
