Ashley Welch

Ashley Welch is the co-founder of Flutter. This is the first dating app that lets you look into the eyes of another person for 15 seconds, recreating the magic of seeing someone in real life for the first time. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Ashley graduated with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Sciences and in 2011, and gave birth to her first child. As a young single mother on her own, Ashley knew she wanted to create the best life possible for her son. She moved to Santa Monica, California with no home, a mere $5 in her pocket, and one suitcase, but she had remarkable determination and a strong intellect that helped her become a successful entrepreneur. She has built her own nutrition consulting company, working with clients across the United States, and advising companies like Genesis Today and Nordic Naturals where she oversaw marketing and strategic education programs. She has been featured on various local news and radio shows including Seattle’s King 5 News, Good Morning San Diego, Mother’s Market Radio Show, and Here’s to Your Health with Joshua Lands. As a marketing expert, and passionate humanitarian, Ashley now works full-time at Flutter, helping develop the app into the success it has become today.
