Petal Bovell-Proffitt

Petal Bovell-Proffitt is the Founder of DISC Bodhi, a Talent Management company, focused on helping organizations to recruit, retain and develop employees. Petal spent fifteen years in progressive Human Resources role, most recently as HR Director for Madison Square Garden before founding her company.

Our work at DISC Bodhi focuses on helping organizations to make the best hiring decision the first time. In addition, we work with employees to help define their careers and identify career development opportunities to help them achieve their goals. We offer organizations workshop on building team collaboration and communicating effectively in the workplace, and Diversity. We design tailored learning and development programs for early career and middle managers.

In addition to our focus on Human Resources, Petal Bovell-Proffitt can provide guest contribution on entrepreneurship and digital marketing topics.

DISC Bodhi's current clients include Dow Jones, McGraw-Hill Education, and Interfaith Hospital.

Petal holds a Masters of Organizational Science from New University. Petal has worked in organizations such as Madison Square Garden, Cablevision, Pfizer, and AIG.
