– VIRTUAL WORKFORCE & VIRTUAL TEAMS
How to lead now in a #WFH environment
– BALANCING EXECUTIVE PRESENCE & COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION DURING A CRISIS
How can you make tough decisions AND be compassionate as a leader? Layoffs, furloughs, etc. It's even more critical and challenging to do with a virtual workforce.
– MANAGING STRESS & BUILDING RESILIENCE DURING CRISIS (COVID-19 )
I coach leaders on using simple "micro-practices" daily - and over the long term - to handle the huge amounts of stress they face.
– BUILDING PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY FOR TEAMS IN FAST-GROWTH COMPANIES
How do you make it "safe" for your workforce to communicate honestly so they and company can best business results? Studies show this is key to success – and it's even harder to build it now in a #wfh environment.
– HELPING HIGH IQ LEADERS (TECH AND SCIENCE "GEEKS") DEVELOP EQUALLY HIGH EQ
"Geeks" aren't known for naturally having high EQ. But the tech companies that now seem to many to be "running the world" are full of them as leaders. EQ is their ability to know how they personally lead ( ie. communicate, influence, build trust, inspires, empathize, show compassion (or don't) - and then be able to manage their reactions/ emotions and show up the way they want and the way that is most effective for your company/ teams. And all this while under tons of COVID/ #wfh stress.
