Dr. Sheila Robinson, is the Founder and Publisher of Diversity Woman magazine, a national publication that supports the leadership and executive development of women of all races, cultures and backgrounds. The publication has a distribution of 100,000 and is sold in Barnes and Nobles bookstores and on specialty newsstands nationwide. Dr. Robinson’s customer base includes global corporations that she works with to improve their talent management and workplace gender diversity initiatives through her publication, live events, online services, keynote speeches and professional development programs. She is also the author of “Lead by Example,” An Insiders Look At How to Successfully Lead in Corporate America and Entrepreneurship.”

Dr. Robinson holds a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law from North Carolina Central University, a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University and a Masters and Doctorate of Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Talent Management and Women’s Leadership.

Media appearances include radio, television and print on media outlets such as; Fox News, E! Entertainment, The Business Journal, California News, Women’s Wear Daily, The WS Chronicle and other online and print media outlets. Most recently she was filmed for induction into “The History Makers,” the nations largest African American video oral history collection.
